Vintage Victorian Petticoat

This original Victorian petticoat is white cotton. It's gathered at the waist with a 9" placket in the back with button on the waistband for closure. There is a 12" double ruffle around the bottom perimeter with the top ruffle having a series of seven tiny tucks near the bottom finished off with 2" wide very fine crochet work in an open weave of double leaf design. Right above the ruffle there is another series of seven tiny tucks. The waist measures 31" and the length 40". There is a 1/2" mend spot 1" over from the middle of the back placket, a tiny mend spot on the crochet work and a fractured place as well about 1 1/4" long by 1" wide and a small discolored spot on the bottom tucks on the side back. However, I would consider most of this fairly minor. Thanks for looking!
