Vintage Victorian Civil War Steampunk White Pleated Full Hoop
Petticoat Skirt
This is a vintage Victorian Civil War era ladies hoop
petticoat skirt. It is made of a fine white cotton batiste
fabric with pleating. The petticoat has a very full hoop
skirt with a gathered waist, tie back closure and front slit
pocket opening.
Condition:
Vintage As-Is Condition. Not Cleaned. Age Spotting. Fraying
& Pin Holes Along Bottom.
