Vintage Victorian Civil War Steampunk White Pleated Full Hoop Petticoat Skirt

This is a vintage Victorian Civil War era ladies hoop petticoat skirt. It is made of a white cotton fabric with a pleated layered ruffle bottom hem. The petticoat has a full hoop skirt (crinoline hoop photgraphed underneath not included) with a gathered back missing the closure on back.
