Victorian Era White Cotton Petticoat Half Slip 2 Tiers Of Lace Double Fabric Hem

Up for your review is this beautiful double tiered victorian era petticoat or half slip. The fabric is white cotton with white cotton crocheted lace of 2 designs. This is a full petticoat with an adjustable waist band. Waist (un-gathered) is 39". There is a white cotton tie that runs through the waist band so that the petticoat adjusts to about any size smaller than 39".
Length from waist band to first tier of lace is 17" plus 1" of crochet lace. From waist to first tier is a single layer of cotton fabric.
The next tier of white cotton fabric is gathered and has an under layer of the same fabric that is not gathered. The gathered top tier measures 8" plus 3 1/4" of fine crocheted cotton lace. The under tier measures 10".
Overall the petticoat measures approx 30" from waist band to hem. On the backside is a 7 1/2" length opening where the 2 ends of the tie are tied together.
I did minimal repair to the hem lace in 2 small areas. There is a tiny area of wear to one seam of approx 1/4" and there is a pin point sized hole near the opening on the back side.
