A gorgeous and unique black silk cape with a cape-like collar that's gathered along the tops of the sleeves. The cape has a ribbon tie at the neckline ~ wide and flared over the hand sleeves ~ a tie that's inserted a the back of the waist ~ and blouse like pleats in the back.

MEASUREMENTS ~~ 24 1/2" length from shoulder (includes the 2 1/2" wide net lace), 41" bust, 18 1/2" across the drop shoulder seams, 22" sleeve length

CONDITION ~ ~ The black silk is in excellent condition, I didn't see any holes or rips. The net is another story, it has several places with holes and tears.
