Fantastic Victorian Petticoat, Lace Insertions & Double Frill

Fantastic white Victorian petticoat having three lace insertions around the bottom skirt and a scalloped lace hem with a 14” double lace trimmed frill around the bottom. Dating from c1890, in very good clean condition, fastening at the waist with a hook and eye and measuring 40” long, 26” waist and 98” around the bottom. There is a tiny break in the lace, an old small repair on the bottom under frill and some loose threads around the lace hem......
