Antique Victorian Beaded Cape

For your bidding consideration is a Antique Victorian Black Beaded Cape, high collar beaded all over with a beaded netting on each side falling from the shoulder.Heavy black satin lining, hooks and eyes down the front for closing. As seen in the photos this is a very exquisite piece, the bead work is excellent with very few damages, photo # 12 shows a box of spare beads for the repairs. Most of the spare beads came from a fringe that was around the tails in the front and back. Note that the beadwork on the jacket part is still intact with a small damage on the high collar, photo # 9.
As for condition, the cape measures: Shoulders 15"....Length from the shoulder to the point at the front: 25"...Length from center back 20 1/2". Photo's # 9 10 & 11 shows the damages and missing beads. This is a wonderful piece and well worth the time to repair it.
